She has a law degree from the Autonomous Metropolitan University. She is certified in the prevention of operations with illicit resources in vulnerable activities by the Financial Intelligence Unit. She has extensive experience with compliance in various sectors as required by the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Resources. She has conducted preventive compliance reviews and self-regulation and self-correction programs.
 

She also holds a diploma in adversarial criminal justice from the same institution. She has also taken specialized courses in criminal law, including "The Initial Investigation Stage in the Adversarial Criminal Justice System" and "Analysis of the Criminal Procedure System." She is certified at Level I, "General Knowledge," of the Compliance Officer Certification Program in Artificial Intelligence, taught by the White Box Project Institute. Due to her outstanding performance and track record, she has been an associate at Dra. Angélica Ortiz y Socios since December 2023.
