(hereinafter "the Party Responsible"), in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter "the Law"), its Regulations, and other applicable regulations, hereby informs you of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter "the Notice").

The Notice sets forth the terms and conditions for managing, collecting, storing, using, disclosing, and, where applicable, transferring the personal data of those who visit the firm's website, using email and social networks, 
and generate or continue to generate data by gaining access to the Dra. Angélica Ortiz y Socios website.

4. The personal data that the party responsible will collect
 
To carry out the personal data processing purposes described in Section 3, the party responsible hereby informs you that it will collect the following personal data: (i) full name, (ii) landline or cell phone number, (iii) email address, and 
(iv) subject (a brief description of the reason for your inquiry). This personal data does not include any data classified as "sensitive" under applicable regulations.
