Viñas Correa

He earned a Master's degree in Constitutional Procedural Law with honors from Universidad Panamericana and a law degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He was the first Special Prosecutor for Combating Corruption in the State of Mexico. Throughout his 30-year career, he has directed departments responsible for the legal defense of various agencies, including the Ministries of Public Administration and the Interior, the Mexican Petroleum Institute, and the National Polytechnic Institute.
 

While working in the Attorney General's Office, he managed the amparo and legal services departments. He served as Internal Comptroller in the Office of the Legal Counsel of the Federal Executive and as a legal advisor to the National Institute of Fine Arts.
 

He has extensive experience as a litigator in various fields of law, particularly amparo and nullity proceedings. He is the co-author of several books (see "Publications"). He is a partner at the Dra. Angélica Ortiz y Socios firm.
